Use of IP Addresses
An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the Web. Internet servers identify your computer by this unique number. Design Crafters uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our site. Your IP address is used to help tell us how you found our site so we can give due credit to our affiliates, and to protect us from fraud.
Order Form
Our site uses a secure order form for customers to order our products. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address) and financial information (credit card numbers) long enough to process their orders, then the credit card information is purged. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services only.
Visitors who purchase our products, and become clients are entered into our client database. The client information is used solely for billing purposes and for notifying the client of updates to services, specials, and other information of interest. The Information in the client database is not available for sale or other use by anyone outside of Design Crafters. Similarly, the information of all visitors who join our affiliate program is never made available outside of Design Crafters.

Your personal information is scrambled so that only your Web browser, and our server, can decipher it. These measures make it very unlikely that your credit card information will be compromised online. However, in the event that it should happen, notify your credit card provider or issuing bank in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. You are protected by regulations that cover credit card purchases and limit your liability to a maximum of $50 in charges.
